1. These terms

By ordering from magicgoods.store you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not order.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. If we cannot fulfil something we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless shown at checkout. We may change prices, but never after you have ordered.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Products

Handmade items vary. Photographs are representative, not exact. Colour on a screen is not colour in a room.

6. Returns

As set out in Shipping & Returns, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
