Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Flat-rate shipping across all fifty states. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day; everything else goes out the next. You will get a tracking number when it leaves us.

Delivery

Standard delivery is four to nine business days. Expedited is two to seven. Large items — rugs, lamps, the copper collection — ship freight and we will contact you to arrange a day.

Packaging

Tissue and paper, no plastic. Nothing on the outside of the box says what is inside.

Returns

Thirty days, unused, in its original packaging. Tell us and we will send a label. Refunds land on the original card within five business days of the parcel reaching us.

Damage

Send a photograph within seven days and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. We do not ask for the broken one back.

Made to order

Framed prints and hand-knotted rugs are made to order and are not returnable unless they arrive damaged. This is flagged on the product page before you buy.
