What we collect
Your name, delivery address, email address and order history. If you create an account, a password we never see in readable form.
Card details
We do not collect, see, or store card numbers. Payment is handled by our payment processor, who is responsible for that data.
Why we hold it
To take, pack, send and support your order, and to keep the records the law requires us to keep.
Who we share it with
Our carrier, so they can deliver, and our payment processor, so they can take payment. Nobody else. We do not sell anything about you.
How long
Order records for seven years because tax law says so. Everything else until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, at support@magicgoods.store. We will do it within thirty days.
Cookies
The ones that keep your basket working, and anonymous traffic counting. You can decline the second when you first arrive.
